30 day returns

If the bag is not right for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions, no restocking fee. Just email support@hardwild.com to start the return.

Condition

To qualify for a refund the bag must come back in original, unused condition with any included accessories. We cannot refund bags that have been used outdoors or show signs of wear.

Refund timing

Once your return arrives back with us, we inspect it and refund the original payment method within 3 to 5 working days. You will get an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Faulty or damaged on arrival

If your bag arrives faulty or damaged, send a photo to support@hardwild.com within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you in full at our cost.

12 month warranty

Every HARDWILD Duffel is backed by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects. If something fails on us during normal use within 12 months of purchase, we replace or refund.
